It was North Carolina pulled pork for me. Something about Memorial Day and home cooked BBQ.

I might have to make a smoker, they are very uncommon here but definitely look like something worth trying.
I'm soft and I don't care.

I bought a hot smoker from ALDI a little while ago and have been using it as a slow cooker, with great results. I haven’t used it as a smoker yet, need to try.
Still need to work out how to get the crackle wright on the pork.

You have to salt it and preferably sear it 1st.

I do salt it well , but will need to try and sear it before it goes into the cooker.
