@around 900.00 US I decided to drop my quest for the Novak synthetic stock, best I can tell they may have been the ones making the Offroads for Blaser and I would rather have some checkering to hang on to.

Blaser stocks are injection molded like Old Town Canoes are.
If they were handcarved by virgins I would not buy one for 900.00.

The problem is Nowak offers the raw stocks for a cheaper price, but if You have them ready for using You need the buttstock, You need all metall parts to clip the stock on the gun, so You end up this expensive then...

@Ron: nice streamlined looking gun...!!!
life is too short for not having the best equipment You could buy...

I would really like to have a set of Nowak stocks, but cannot justify them at 900.00. It is not Nowaks fault, the price is the price. I just will not spend that much.

Have you used the that Docter sight on anything yet? I was wondering how much use it got? I might do that as a second, but since I have a couple of unemployed Aimpoints that is probably a more likley story.
Everything I have done with the Doctor is on the general optics discussion.

The Docter sight is great out to about 50 meter...... Over that I would like a little scope with a red dot ;)
