I bought this one.

I mounted to a tree two weeks ago only at 6 foot high and managed to fall out of it. My hand was crushed by the safety bar as I fell out. Very badly bruised. Doc says no broken thumb. I learnt my lesson. Don't mount on a 2" flexible tree and make sure the ground is quite solid not some moveable sand. Other than that its very light and even 2.5m to the seat is quite high. The safety bar provides a good rest to shoot off.

Got the hang of it now. Straight tree, level the ground, 8" diameter trunk now its rock steady.

I've got a feeling that the backyard in the photo may be owned by someone called Hancock ??
