Dachsbracke or Drever?

Blaserbuds in Sweden and Germany, anybody you know breeds these dogs from hunting lines and exports them?

I do not know anyone who breeds them but you could look here (
http://www.svenskadreverklubben.se/) under "säljes" and then contact some of the breeders advertising pups. You should be able to dig out info on the hunting merits of the parents and blood lines as well. But if it is anything like the vörsteh klubb pages, it can be some work.
The "cousin of a friend" has one of these and we hunted roe deer unsuccessfully with him last fall. Nice dog. He had a doe and kid running around near my friend but no luck....

Thanks Vaughan, that site is very helpful. If I get one I'm going to have to import. I'm watching carefully if the quarrantine times will change soon under new regulations. The missus wants another dachshund so we'll see. cheers chuck

i can ask a huntingbuddy that have a wonderfull alplander dashbracke
they are new in sweden and arnt so many, but i realy like them

Looks like he has done very well with his ADB ! They seem to be a bit more heavier than the dachshund at 18kg!
