What are your three favorite breeds

A good dog is a good dog regardless of breed, have had some mutts that were positively outstanding individuals. But what are your favorite three breeds?
Mine are the
Welsh Corgi
Jack Russell
Rat Terrier, the little ones please.
If I needed a hunting dog I would get a Visla, also kind of fond of Catahoulas.
The Catahoula is a neat dog, great for hog hunting and catching cows, rather mean looking, but do not bark a lot. I have friends that have them, when you are a stranger, and go to their farm when they are not home, the dogs shadow your every move, they never bark or growl, but give you the idea that they would just as soon eat you, as look at you. Very unnerving, and a good deterrant against your neighbors borrowing tools when you are not there.

but I would have just put GWP and then given up....
to be more helpful

for my hunting area
1. GWP (if they went extinct I would try a Vizla maybe)
2. Norrbottenspets (

Vizsla (i have one)
English setter (my other dog)
GSP (maybe next time)
The viszla is 4 years old and has matured into a great dog, but they are very hard work for the first few years. Incredibly obedient - when they aren't distracted. It is just that they are almost permenantly distracted, by a dozen things at once. If you can get their attention, they'll do anything for you, and their hunting insticts are the strongest of any dog i know. By nature very close ranging - always stays within about 20 metres of you, without command. That's when she isn't physically on you - which is a lot. You soon learn why they call them "velcro" dogs.
The setter is just a legend. Tons of personality, and very able to look after himself. Similar in personality to a labrador and able to be willfully disobedient. You can see when he is thinking about doing the wrong thing, and sometimes you just have to convince him that the punishment for evil will be worse than the fun of evil. This typically involves pain! But incredibly loyal and a very smart dog, but they will never win any obedience awards. By nature very wide ranging - they'll happily wonder off a long way but will always find his way back. I think the combination of these two breeds as a pair of dogs is great - they complement each other great.

Addit - they both need an hour's exercise a day. But i have lost 10kg out of the equation, so it has been a mutually beneficial arrangement.
