Bear Smoked Sausage Jumbalya

Ron Benson, gave me a nearly two pound package of bear meat smoked sausage. I took half of it and made a little pot of Jumbalya. It was a touch on the mild side,(not the bears fault, bears get blamed for everything) but really good. Will make a gumbo out of the rest, tomorrow night.
