Help! I am suddenly unable to send PM messages. They go into the "outbox" but just remain there and never actually send. I tried to contact an administrator, but alas, that requires sending them a PM and, you guessed it, the PM asking for help also does not send.

It just means the person hasn't read it yet. Same happened when I was try to contact you in Nevada.
