Here in New Zealand scopes wth the 3-18 zoom range find favour with many, for general hunting duties.

I have Z5’s, a Z6, a V6 in this range and the latest is the S.B 3-18 x 42 Meta on my R8 7mmRemMag barrel.
All have Ballistic turrets, SFP, Plex or similar.

Also have a Zeiss 4-16 FL Victory on my .204 barrel, illuminated # 60 reticle.

Ballistic turrets used with a drop chart are seemingly favoured rather than ballistic reticles.

Which is what I use for the same situation.
Me too, I wish I had 3 of them.

Yes, I am still using mine and am very happy with it. :D
Life is too short to hunt with an ugly dog.
Hunt with a German Shorthaired Pointer.
