I am waiting with baited breath for the time when I can purchase myself an r93 stutzen. I am joining this board in hopes that someone here can refer me to a gun smith who is qualified to do a "scout" conversion mount on the three barrels I intend to use on the frame.

I sure hope so. I know the scout concept has its detractors, but I'm totally sold on it. I've been converting all my rifles to this setup.

But since the Blaser barrels are a horse of a very different color and we're not talking about a $500 gun here either, I just don't know who to trust the conversion to
