I stayed home all day, cleaned about 1/3 of my reloading bench off, swapped some stocks around on the Sauer 202s. It rained hard most of the day, so I boiled up a corned beef brisket. I need to get a meat slicer, so I could slice it thin, but I got the job done. Boiled the cabbage and potatoes in the broth from the beef. I bet I eat way too much tonight.

Re: Corned Beef & Cabbage
Looks good chief.....
I bought a cheaper $100 slicer from Lemco a few years ago. Although not anywhere near as nice as a Hobart or Globe commercial unit; it has done great for jerky, bacon, and roast beef for home use.
