Check that the tap will comfortably engage into the brass. If not, just do a further repeat final drill with the drill bit supplied with the die....

Again when cutting the thread - be patient - use a lubricant and turn the tap forward 1 turn and back ½ a turn... be patient

Below is the tapped modified case.... the exposed edges of the thread may just need to be chamfered using a reloading chamfering tool....

Note how the die locking rings have now both been placed on top of the die as I had issues with the die otherwise screwing downwards into the press as I was drilling and tapping the brass...

And now to remove the brass from the die..... unscrew the die and screw it in the way you normally would do when resizing brass...
Once the die and shell are in place, bring the reloading press shaft up and as it is just about to touch the brass - slide the shell holder into the press shaft and the shell simultaneously....

The shell ready to be pulled out from the die....
Obviously don't push the shell further in, but rather pull the shell out by pushing up on the press handle...

Now place a projectile in the case - if it is too firm due to neck spring-back you will need to remove a very small amount of brass from inside the neck...

With a cordless drill spin the sandpaper smoothly and evenly inside the brass neck - this should be very brief and should be done in short bursts of a couple of seconds at a time until projectile is just loose in the neck when tested...

The final product - with very little neck brass removed from inside the brass neck...
