What made you go from golden retrievers to a lab ?

Labrador I can use in hunting season this year, just a little ofcourse.
Golden need to be 1,5-2 years, before they get any idea, what hunting is, very late to get mature, compered to labrador.
But I want a golden later again [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
