[NEW] How To Embed Videos (Updated 8/24)

As some of you may have noticed, we started having some issues with YouTube videos.

There is now a new way to embed YouTube videos, please read the new instructions.

To Embed A Video From YouTube:

- Go to the video you want to embed.

- Copy the URL (web address) from the address bar.

Example:

Code: Select all

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysTmUTQ5wZE&feature=related

- Click on the "Youtube" button above your post. Paste the video code in between the tags.

Example:

Hopefully everyone understands the new method of posting, unfortunately due to YouTube changing the way it links it's videos, we've got to adapt.

ANY VIDEOS YOU EMBEDDED IN PREVIOUS POSTS WILL HAVE TO BE EDITED TO USE THIS NEW STYLE OF EMBEDDING. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

ON A SIDE NOTE, THE GLOBAL OUTDOORSMAN MEDIA LINKS NOW WORK IN THE SAME WAY, TO AVOID CONFUSION. JUST CLICK THE GOMEDIA BUTTON INSTEAD OF THE YOUTUBE BUTTON WHEN EMBEDDING A VIDEO.
