BBQ in TX

Post by matmitchell »

Panther City BBQ is one of my favorite TX BBQ restaurants located in Fort Worth. I rank BBQ based on brisket. If you are ever in the area, it is well worth the time. If anyone has other recommendations for BBQ in TX, drop in the comments.

Hutchins BBQ in McKinney is probably the best in our part of town.

Mad Jacks is the best brisket in New Mexico, his turkey is also very good.
His sausage sucks, his chicken and ribs are better than Rudy's but not by much.

His BBQ joint was originally in Dalhart, TX but now it is in Cloudcroft NM.

We have dozens of central Texas style BBQ joints around, some are ok. Most suck.

Ok I'd admit it I'm cheap. Texas Roadhouse for me, even in Texas, Utah or Nevada.
